We are unable to process subscription orders outside of the United States. You can still place one-time orders on fuelandelevate.com and your shipping and customs fees will be calculated at checkout. Alaskan & Hawaiian subscribers will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20.

When will my order ship?

Our distribution centers hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET.

Fuel & Elevate strives to ship out orders within 1 business day of being placed. This can change depending on operational needs and daily volume.

Once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email.

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have these details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.

The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but will include a tracking link that will update gradually as it makes its way to you.

Where do you ship?

This is a complete list of all current continents and countries we ship to, ONLY when placing a One-Time-Order, meaning; this list excludes subscription applicable countries. 

To our friends in Europe or Canada, you may find cheaper shipping rates through our Amazon sites accordingly. We are working on moving into other Amazon centers across the world to help pass along the savings.

 

Tracking/Where is my package?

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have several details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.

The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but you should find that the tracking link itself has more information to give.
